Hey, I’m Andrew and this is meman mevegan. A vegan blog dedicated to men written by me and my experiences as a new vegan.
After 27 years of enjoying eating meat and dairy, I went vegan.
meman mevegan was born when I realised that there isn’t enough support for men who want to go vegan. Men’s vegan blogs are based on bodybuilding, activism or vegan cooking.
So, I created a platform that would support your everyday man who is considering a vegan lifestyle. You don’t need to be a bodybuilder, activist or super chef.
The blog’s purpose is to support this lifestyle change offering factual information, guidance and moral support.
Veganism is tough work. To abstain from animal products can be simple but to incorporate vegan values in all aspects of your life is difficult.
It can have major impacts on your life. It will change you physically, mentally and emotionally.
Veganism takes great courage, mental strength and conviction. In our modern world, everyone wants to ‘fit in’ and be ‘accepted’. Being vegan is the opposite.
Veganism can improve your life tenfold if you embrace it. Not only will it have a huge impact on your physical health, you will also be taking a stand against the needless harm to animals and the destruction of our planet.
